Ce concert a été enregistré à Irvine Meadows, Californie le 12 juin 1982. Le spectacle faisait partie de la suite retardée de la tournée "Diary of a Madman" après la mort tragique de Randy Rhoads en mars 1982 dans un accident de vol plus tôt sur la tournée. Le spectacle met en vedette le guitariste Brad Gillis qui a été amené à remplacer Randy Rhoads.
